• Registration on the Gowiings Restaurant Partner platform is free unless otherwise specified.
• The restaurant must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information during registration.
• The restaurant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account access.
• Gowiings reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any registration at its discretion.

• For every successful order received through Gowiings, the restaurant agrees to pay the commission rate agreed during onboarding.
• Applicable GST and other taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
• The commission amount will be automatically deducted before settlement of restaurant earnings.

• Restaurant earnings, after deduction of commission, refunds, penalties (if applicable), and taxes, will be settled according to the payment cycle communicated by Gowiings.
• Payments will be transferred to the registered bank account provided by the restaurant.
• The restaurant is responsible for ensuring that banking information remains accurate and updated.
• Gowiings reserves the right to temporarily withhold settlements in cases involving disputes, fraud investigations, policy violations, chargebacks, or pending customer claims.

• Gowiings may provide promotional and marketing opportunities to help restaurants increase visibility and sales.
• Participation in promotional campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
• Restaurants may receive access to sales reports, performance analytics, and business insights through the platform.

• The restaurant must ensure that all menu items, pricing, descriptions, ingredients, images, and availability information are accurate and up-to-date.
• Any disputes arising from incorrect information shall be the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
• Gowiings may remove or modify inaccurate content to protect customers and platform integrity.

• Restaurants must prepare and fulfill accepted orders within the specified preparation time.
• Orders should not be cancelled without a valid reason.
• Excessive delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, reduced visibility, suspension, or account termination.
• Proper packaging must be used to maintain food quality during delivery.

• Customer complaints related to food quality, missing items, incorrect orders, packaging, or food safety may be investigated by Gowiings.
• Refunds may be issued based on the outcome of such investigations.
• Where the restaurant is found responsible, the refund amount may be deducted from future settlements.

• The restaurant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, food safety requirements, tax obligations, and licensing requirements.
• The restaurant shall be solely responsible for compliance with local, state, and national regulations applicable to its business.
• Any legal action arising from the restaurant's products or services shall remain the responsibility of the restaurant.

• The restaurant grants Gowiings permission to display its business name, logo, menu, food images, and promotional content on the platform for operational and marketing purposes.
• The restaurant confirms that it owns or has the necessary rights to all content provided to Gowiings.

Gowiings may suspend or terminate a restaurant account if:

• False or misleading information is provided.
• Food safety violations are identified.
• Fraudulent activities are detected.
• Excessive customer complaints are received.
• These Terms & Conditions are violated.

The restaurant may terminate its partnership by providing prior written notice and clearing all outstanding obligations.

• Gowiings reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be communicated through the application, website, email, or partner dashboard.
• Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
