Terms & Conditions

To become a Gowiings Delivery Partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid government-issued identity proof.
• Hold a valid driving license (where applicable).
• Own or have authorized access to a vehicle used for deliveries.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• You must create and maintain an active Delivery Partner account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Documents submitted may be verified.
• Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

As a Delivery Partner, you agree to:

• Accept and complete delivery assignments professionally.
• Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow delivery instructions provided through the app.
• Maintain proper communication with customers and support staff.
• Handle food and packages with care.

• Delivery earnings will be calculated according to the payment structure available on the platform.
• Incentives, bonuses, and rewards may be offered from time to time.
• Payments will be processed according to the payout schedule communicated through the app.
• Fraudulent activity may result in withholding of earnings and account termination.

You agree:

• To follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Not to consume alcohol or drugs while performing deliveries.
• To maintain appropriate personal hygiene and professionalism.
• To keep your vehicle in safe operating condition.
• To wear any required identification or delivery gear while delivering.

• Delivery Partners must treat customers respectfully.
• Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
• Customer disputes should be reported through official support channels.

• Delivery Partners are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, and related expenses.
• Vehicle maintenance and repair costs are the responsibility of the Delivery Partner.
• Vehicles must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Safety must be prioritized at all times.
• Mobile phone use while driving must comply with local laws.
• Unsafe driving practices may result in account suspension or termination.
• Any accident occurring during deliveries should be reported as soon as possible.

• Delivery Partners use the platform voluntarily and are responsible for their own activities while performing deliveries.
• Delivery Partners are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.

An account may be suspended or terminated if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.
• Repeated customer complaints indicate serious misconduct.
• Required documents expire or become invalid.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
