Gowiings provides online food ordering and restaurant discovery. We act as a food delivery aggregator/platform connecting users, restaurants, and delivery partners.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by restaurants.
• Prices displayed can be determined by restaurants or Gowiings.
• Payments can be made via UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (if available).
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after preparation begins.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or restaurant issues.
• You must provide accurate delivery details.

You agree:

• Not to misuse the app.
• Not to provide false information.
• Not to engage in fraudulent activities.
• To behave respectfully with delivery partners and support staff.

Gowiings works with restaurants and delivery partners. We are not responsible for third-party service failures but will assist in resolution.

• All content, logos, and branding of Gowiings are owned by Gowiings.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in misuse or fraud.
• You continue creating fake orders.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
